For anyone who does not know us, we are a two person family team based right here in Shelby NC. Joshua Brooks was born and raised in Shelby. Jessica Quito is a licensed North Carolina real estate agent. Since 2019 we have personally purchased 45+ houses across Cleveland, Gaston, Catawba, Lincoln, and Mecklenburg counties. We are BBB A+ accredited since 2023 and hold a 5 star average on Google.
